Resignation with NOC, i need to exit but i have car loan and credit card

I resigned from my company last month and I was 2 days late in giving my offer letter and Police Clearance. Now my old company will cancel me but I have car loan and credit card and they need bank clearance. They are willing to give me NOC for my new company who have given me Offer letter and is willing to take me back via their visa.

How can i get bank clearance for me to exit doha? pls kindly help me..

If the bank does not receive full payment of the car loan and credit card (or any other outstanding pending payment) you won't be able to leave the country.

So as said before PAY and things will flow.
