I am contractually with this office for barely three months since my passport was stamped with work visa only in January although i started working here in September 2011.
I am planning to resign. My problem is, even if they will give me NOC, will i be transferred to another company if i will apply the fact that MY pataka is only 3 months old in this company?
Please advise.
D, even with an NOC your new sponsor still has to go though the process of getting you a visa. And with less than 3 months with your previous employer that looks less than likely.

what does it mean there is no need to transfer? if noc is provided, there is not a need for a transfer anymore from company A to company B? thanks.

Doray, You will not be able to transfer the Sponsorship as you are less than one year with your first Sponsor. You should cancel the existing visa and should get a new visa with your new Employer provided you have the necessary NOC from your present Sponsor.

You will be black listed through out the GCC and it will not be possible for you to get a visa to any of the GCC Countries.
And if the company is willing to give NOC then go ahead. Just bear in mind there is no Law or leverage from your side to ask the employer for NOC so if decide to quit and they deny to issue the NOC you will have to go out of the country with a 2 years Ban iomposed on you.
@ vienan associates so if you fled from UAE most probably there is a case against you and just maybe all airports in the GCC are warned about you traveling around.
There was a case recently highlighted by another user in which a person "in transit" in Doha airport was detained and reported to the authorities for a pending case.

In 2008, I was badly stuck by 3 stolen cheques given to me by my client in billing. I came to know about d fact at the time the client flee away from dubai. i was confined for a week and was forced to pay back, I was unable to pay saying its not my fault. the party was strong enough to pressurize me. The amount was huge enough to be paid. I escaped from dubai. My passport is still in the police station. My visa expired in 2010.
