Just be sure that for some time they are left alone. I just had another look at the picture you posted - the water bowl is too high for the little one, it may just drown in it. You could try putting water in a small flat plate.

We had a lot of cases like this in my homecountry, in my yard. The advice we got was to leave the bird where it is, as this is where its mother can find it and feed it. Do you have a place in your yard where the bird would be protected and where its mother could see it? It will not eat the raw oats you gave. Maybe try to cook the oats, so its mother can feed it. Make sure it has water and shade.

Do not try to teach it how to fly under any circumstances, as someone suggested above.

You can try to google the numbers for vets, but I don't know how much they'll be able to help.

Yes there's a date tree but its very dense and tall. The nest must be inside it. We cannot see much from outside.

@thunderbug You said you have a tree outside so the poor thing might have fallen from a nest. I think it's still a chick so it cant eat anything yet except if being fed by its mother. If indeed there is a nest up the tree then you might as well put it back.

Thanks for the info. Do you the name or location of that Vet Hospital. I am kinda new here and dont know much about Vet and that stuff. Plus i never had any bird or pet before. :|

Ummm yuh can leave dat bird In Matar Kadeem derz a veterinary hospital whch takes care of dese kinda birds & animals :)

Thanks for the words. The thing is the bird is very scared. Even when i go near it to give her water, it starts to hoping around and beats it wings.

Do you know any animal clinics here ?

poor little bird,, try to see if he can glide, you can teach the bird how to fly by holding it and softly tossing her up ways,, or bring her to a animal clinic maybe they can help
