What are the Requirements for Catholic Baptism?

I heard the Catholic Church requires the parents to be wed in the Church before their child can be baptized?

What if the parents are married in a civil wedding? Can the church wedding and baptism be done in one celebration? Anyone knows the requirements and needed preparations?

You could try contacting the Parish Office in the Church complex and ask them all you want since they are the most likely to give proper answers to your queries.
