Any fitness group here? I wanna join or perhaps could anyone knows a good gym for women? Or anyone who wants to get fit? lets form a fitness group and start burning calories.

i took a membership at movenpick tower and suites at their sky view welness center

my doc has asked me not let water go in my ear and has asked me not to swim so i am trasferring it

Personally I go for men’s gym beside cournich called Hard Bodies. Also, I see people running on cournich but not in groups. I go to cournish to run few times a week and yup its true that a group would make it easier for all of us.
