I have a Jeep wrangler and experienced delay in de regular service on my 2nd service dey kept de car for 2 days.. The Jeep office in Dubai called me up to inquire on the service and I complained pretty well. Next day I get a call from the service center that the next service will be quick..

Made an appointment for 3rd service.. got it done in 3 hrs.. jus waited around de service center itself as it was easier than going and coming back in 3 hrs..

never buy toyota their service centre is like central jail

Buy Toyota, Nissan or Honda. No problems

their service center is very congested and they don't have a quick service center. I had ford car earlier and for the normal service u have to book an appointment before a month and they will keep the car for one day.

my boss is using ford now and he went recently for some warranty repair so they kept the car for 10 days without giving him a spare one, and they kept telling that the parts are not available and they have to make order, finally he spoke with the manager to convince him at least to give his car till the parts arrive to doha.

They have to enhance their services seriously.
