Fungus on pizza base!!!!

indigal
By indigal

Purchased two cheese and onion pizzas from Family Bakers, FFC Airport Road yesterday. on reaching home I opened them and was horrified to see fungus growing on them. (pls note that fungus is visible to naked eye when it starts fruiting. The fungal mycelia are already established few days ago)

Date of production was mentioned as April 2 and expiry April 5, 2012.

Wish to lodge a complaint but don't know where.

Absolutely unacceptable as sometimes I just tell my maid to prepare it for my kids. Wonder if that was the case yest., I would have been running around in the hospitals today...

is the fungus there or gone ?

GodFather.

Did you get your money back?

Did you take the mouldy pizza's back to FFC?

Did you check the expiration date before you bought the pizza's?

Thanks guys for all the 'topped up mouldy comments' and the sincere ones; I have spoken with the relevant authorities and action is already underway. To start with this product is going off the shelf.

Take care!
