regarding car paint...please tell me?

hello everybody,
i want to know about the paint workshop for my car.
actually the roof of my car is fadding. now there are three spots of color fadding only on the roof of my car. i am unable to understand why this happens. remaining body of the car is in its orignal color mean excellent but only roof is affecting.
i have never used any kind of polish etc on the roof, and i am making service regulary after every week.

kindly tell me where is the location of paint workshop?
any idea how much they will charge for roof painting?
and is the color fadding will be objectionable during technical car inspection?

there is one very good and affordable garage in industrial area street 28 garage 38 name atakal or some thing like that i needed a paint job for my car bumper every one was asking 350 to 500 they charged me 250
