IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONVERT TOURIEST/HOTEL VISA TO VISIT VISA?

subdy, that is family visit visa, and to my understanding you can not change it.

After tourist visa is expired you MUST LEAVE the country.

No...No....tourist visa is only for 1Month...

So is it possible to convert in visit visa which can be extended up to six month...
