Sorry mate. You were on probation - trial basis. You were not what they were looking for in the end. On the bright side; you were not fired. Although you should have been paid up till your last day.
nope salary till last day of work, all days of earned vacation and a return ticket, thats it

Rather, it is simply not getting confirmed. This is part of contract almost universally. What else would probation mean?

in this country, the rules says one & the people act to another yet no action is taken to prevent this too
