Re Entry without NOC

My current sponsor cancel my RP in 11th month of my contract before completing at least one year and they didn’t provide NOC also, even though my friend checked with some of officials from Ministry of Interior- Human right Department, they said that without NOC you can re-enter but new sponsor have to pay QR 6000/ While applying work visa for the exemption of 2 year ban.
Please verify the above matter if any one knows....
Let your sponsor process your visa & come here. If the ministry ask to pay the QR 6000.00 then it's true in lieu of the ban. However, if they reject your application for visa, then your banned for 2 years. As long as the sponsor is willing to pay the penalty continue, if not & your willing to pay the penalty, then it's up to you to decide. People are entitled to their own opinion. Cheers!
