I am planning to bring my daughter to Qatar for a short visit now. I would like to know,is it possible and what are the immigration proceedings.

...there is a salary requirement I guess around 5000 QR, you need you passport, residence permit, NOC and certificate of employment from your current employee, your daughter's passport and the filled up application form + 200QR to be submitted to immigration department.
