Land Security / Property in Bangalore

Dear Friends,
I’m from Tamilnadu and I wish to purchase a plot in a gated community developed by real estate developers in Bangalore . I’m presently working in Qatar and wish to construct a home in that plot after 3 years from now. Since the plot would be in Bangalore and very less supervision from my end I scare whether there are any chances for intruders abducting my property .. Kindly suggest me some ways by which I can protect my land being handled by others and remain safe. My friends suggested to built a wall.. I wish to have some other opinions from the forum.. Kindly post a genuine reply.. Thank you all..

Since u r buying in a gated commnunity mostly the realestate developer will be taking care of it for three years time. If not there are lot of genuine property developers are Bangalore who cab take care of it for a nominal fee.
