is 5000QR salary offer package is enough for an ADMIN EXEC position in a Construction, Engineering Private Company nowadays? Pls advise. Im holding a business visa. Im nw at my 2nd month stay here in Doha.

Not really, Doha is expanding and everything is becoming really expensive, a minimum of QR 7800 Basic will be great, and after all it depends on your lifestyle.
It is good salary wise, coz engineers are getting 3000. But consider if it is good for your future. Engineers at least have a bright future even if the starting salaries are low. So if you have better future in your home country that is also worth thinking about?
on my personal observation from years of rendering services... one should always bear in mind, that it's not proper to ask for too much until he/she gets to prove one's personal worth.
if a company has reasonable management in it, the proper compensation comes later to those who deserved it.
if its dificult for a management to see ones' value, there's always a chance to step out and look for another...
but your coming here to look for a job is somewhat not customary if not considered "illegal" already. Anyway, good luck to your job-hunting. Good or bad (5K QAR), what is your other choice?

I Went all private companies Then biggest THE BIGGEST offer I GOT IS 5000qr. most companies offers 5000 less. Yes Inclusive of accomodation. plus medical benefit and yearly vacation in Phl. Why nowadays companies offers low salaries. Maybe due to increase numbers of applicants here in Qatar. WHAT A SAD NEWS FOR A JOB SEEKERS. OH WELL

if basic only without allowances will be a good start

Yes its acceptable....although you will get a permanent visa as well.
