why insurnace companynotpaying 100% for my car

my Honda accord 2008 front glass broken police paper i got, mistake was from other car but insurnace company is telling original galss you have to pay 50% what we can do we can file somecase against them?
They say that if your car is 3 years or more, 50% of the damages due to acciedents will pay by the owner even if you have a full insurance. same thing as happenned to me.
These rules is really crazy and tricky, but we dont have choice to follow their rules.
thats the rule. read all their terms and conditions. You have to bear 50% of the cost if you insist on original parts.
you have an option to go for duplicate / old parts and you dont have to pay up.
How about approaching your insurance company and ask them to provide full details on why you have to cover 50% costs of repair.
For sure there is some clause or clauses on your insurance contract that could be the reason for you to pay that amount of money.
