Transfer of Employer

Good day to everyone, need your advice and help, i've been working here for almost four years as a DH. My contract to my present employer are to be expired this coming August 2012, for a change and trying to look for a good salary, it is possible for me to easyly transfer to another moder without issuing of NOC or cancellation of my visa to them. What is the problem if I'm going to force myself to do that situations. please help.
hi there... this is the requirements if ever that you are going to transfer your sponsorship:
1.Copy of th eapplicant's passport with valid residents permit.
2.Copy of computer card for company's sponsorhip
3.Copy of Police clearance of relevance authorities.(which is coming from Phils. w/red ribbon and stamp from the embassy).
4.No objection certificate from the present sponsor.
So it means that it is not possible for you to transfer without getting NOC from your present employer.
You don't need a NOC as a letter. BUT your current sponsor will have to sign the transfer of sponsorship form, so you will obviously need his permission to transfer your sponsorship.
You don't need to cancel your visa or leave Qatar during your transfer of sponsorship process.
with out noc from sponser nothing can be happen so wat u have been here in fr 4 years rules r rules
I think a DH will have limitations in transferring the visa to a job other than a DH. Better to check for confirmation.
NOC from your current employer is required.. If you completed your contract may be your employer will give NOC, ask your employer.
