I have an employee and her husband end his contract in his company and must to exit as soon as possible, it is possible to transfer her son's visa under her sponsorship since the mother is not sponsored by her husband?how is the process and how long it will take? thank you in advance for reply.

she has to be eligible for that. Quite difficult, unless she is one of the top-seniors in the company. Also some other factors are involved... You will never know for sure until you try..
