I am working with one of the construction company as a safety officer, since 11 months as per contract 6 month probeation and after that they will confirm my service and increase the salary, after completion of six month i went an emergency leave, i stayed 1.1/2 month after coming back i wait up to more 1 month for my increment but it is not coming i asked them about increament in the 9 month, on that i got reply to pick up the appraisal letter from office which is 3 months back dated they gave, mentioned that performance is not up to satisfactory level and probation period extended for more six month (total 12 mon). so i felt cheating and i have resigned job as per condition 1 month even notice i have worked, still company want me to work 15 days until get reliver but without confirm my services and not ready to pay ticket or other benefit. My question is what benefit i will get?
As per my calculation as per qatari law working hours 8 hours and i worked 10 hours either i should get in to that in bonus or otherwise i should get paid as per overtime....
After resignation 1 month notice even company asking me to continue more 15 days then they will relieve me in that case what is rule for my benefit?
This is my second job in qatar while joining this company i gave NOC from my 1st company, now also i want NOC but now this company is saying that they dont have policy.
Please if some one can clear my point i will be thank ful.

Can any one give where to approach, as i went to Muntaza labour department they sent me industrial area st no.13 labour court and sanaiya court they are asking to approach high court
Try to make mutual reconciliation if you still want to work in Qatar to get NOC and release from this company.
If you think ,it doesnt work and they aint paying your dues rightly - then approach a labour office, raise a complaint. The labour dept. is just and friendly with workers.
