guys,
I signed a contract with this company for 2yrs.according to that contract,they mentioned,per year you will be paid 28days leave salary after 2years.so that means,when end of my contract they should give me 48days salary and 2months leave and ticket to my country.so my question is this, if I go emergency leave to my country after 1year,with my own expenses,will they provide me the things that mentioned as per the signed contract? (vacation 48days,48days leave salary) can someone explain how things done?

dine-sh, do to your HR and ask for clarifications. Each company has different policies and procedures. Only HR of your company can explain you what do they mean, and how you will be paid.
but check again, standard is 21 days per year. You can avail this after 2 years..
Now if you take emergency leave, you will pay for your air ticket and you won't be paid for the duration of your emergency leave. After completing your two years, they will give you a paid vacation of 28X2 no of days.

and he/she didn't specify his/her nationality.. why do you assume, he/she is qatari?
I thought qatari always do whatever they wants and nothing can stop them.
