Now in every country internet freedom in getting strict in the case of download copyright material using illegal platforms but people are using VPN platforms which supports torrenting like Ivacy it is good for torrenting purpose all access to sites like pirate bay and kickass torrent to download their favorite movies and TV shows.
torrents are okay for now... but who knows??? been using it for a long time in the region...

i still use KAT.something i cant remember now and i use utorrentz to download...still working.
Before 2 months, I use to download movies from Torentz, but now its blocked...
Please can any one explain me the step by step procedure to download...

You didn't mention anything about ports being closed, you just asked about restrictions on downloading torrents.
been downloading movies and all for 3 years and did not encounter any problems with qtel or any authorities.

redtreble , yeashe you can get ips , but the ports are closed how does it help?

Pirated copy means what you exactly mean. I hope all torrent movies are pirated one....
yes you can download but piracy is not tolerated in Qatar, so make it sure it is not pirated copy & porn site.
