Can You Answer This ..... ??

Hi Qlers... If a person holding Qatar resident permit and went to Uae on student visa, can he work there (i mean can he change his sponsorship from student visa to work visa) Or he must need to cancel his Qatar resident permit for doing job in Uae..?

Mean to say can a person hold two resident permits of two countries at the same time...?

1-Family Resident permit of Qatar..
2-Work Visa of Uae..

Please reply me as i am going to dubai for my studies & i also want to find a part or full time job for myself there.... And i also want to hold my resident permit of Qatar coz i will come back after finishing my studies..
