One of my friend who did not resign but went on vacation to home country and went to UAE for the pre interviewed job about almost an year ago ,so my advice is better you resign and go if you are sure about the getting the job ,bottemline is no problem if you about NOC there.

Yes you can! provided that you have not completed the RP process like, Medical Examination, Finger Print. If you have not completed - than there is no Issue, you can Leave Qatar. Only you need to pay the Fine for exess Days after 30 days period from the Date of Arrival in Qatar. Otherwise if your RP is stamped & ID is issued - than its better you submit your Resignation and after 1 month you can leave. If still you have problem to leave, you can approch the Labour Office to resolve your Problem.

It is always the best to go through the right channel.

Unclosed Bank accounts, credit cards, Kahramma bills, Qtel bills and so on can be an issue if you just run away.

In short, you might (I said, MIGHT) have to forget returning to Qatar.

Yes, you can work in Dubai as the regulations of both countries are different. However, I advise you not to run from your company, but rather resign and go away.
