Whales sue SeaWorld for enslavements

Five killer whales have been named as plaintiffs in a court case which argues they deserve the same constitutional protection from slavery as humans.

This brings the idea of animal rights to new levels. I just wonder what the whales will do with any compensation they receive. That, and I think if any animal should be suing it should be that poor rhino at the Doha zoo that is all alone and rarely moves for its obvious depression.
