James Woods, where's the proof that he has paid this money, it was a cash transaction, when he has taken no assurance for the job, except word of mouth, it's highly unlikely that he has any evidence of this transaction, other than a bank withdrawal slip.

Unfortunately, there are many crooks moving around offering visas and jobs in this way.

As it appeared that guy was a fraudster and you have been cheated.

The only way to get yor money back is to know his contact or adress then you can file an action against him befor the court of law that will summon him to be attent to the court.

Hi ,i am sorry about what happen with you ,but really sometimes when a person is despart hi belives in anything,so here is what i think you should do:

try to find as much info about this person from his old add's in QL ,lets somebody else talk to him ,if he dos't respons and give the money then go to the police and report about what happen,they will do the rest.
