What you now have is an Entry Visa for your son which is by default valid for 3 months only. You don't have to

worry though because this is just a prelude for your son to gain entry here.

However, you are not out of the woods yet. Here are the steps your son needs to go through:

1. Provide him the Visa number and have him print copies from http://www.moi.gov.qa/site/english/index.html.

2. Dependent who is above 18 yrs old should take Medical Exam in any Qatar authorized Medical Testing

Center namely:

- Angelus Medical Center Rufino St Ayala Avenue Makati City Philippines

- Doctor’s Physician sa UN Avenue (check the address via Internet)

- Mabini medical center (check the address via Internet

-Abakkus Medical Diagnostic Services – 6135 Einthoven st. cor. South Super Highway, Palanan Makati.

3. (In Philippines) Sort all documents, (1 envelope for each dependent)

a) Printed copy of Visa

b) Original passport -& extra copy

c) Medical Result (above 18 yrs old)

d) Marriage cert copy & Birth cert. copy for Wife.

e) Birth Cert. Copy for Children

4. Go to WWWExpress (DHL's local carrier). Give the above documents, tell them it's for Qatar Embassy and

they will know what to do. You need to fill up a form. Make sure to clearly write your complete mailing address.

5. WWWExpress will deliver his passport with his Entry Visa stamped between 1-2 weeks.

Note: DHL will ask your return mailing address on Step #4).

6. Flight Ticket booking, payment & confirmation.

7. Go to DSWD for the issuance of travel tax discount for your Children.

Once your son arrives here in Qatar, you can then process his Residence Visa under your sponsorship.
