Dear Bro,just think twice before u invest.u knw the competition is so high that when called for a tender i was surprised to know that there were over 126 contractors who have attended 1 tender n a lot of them who didnt take part.apart from that there will be sub contractors as well.The margin is getting lower n lower as n when new contractors come in market n compete for business..situation is not seen so favourable at this moment eventhough there are plenty of projects that are expected..if u r confident then go ahead.all the best..
