what is the procedure to start a marble fixing business.

i want to open a marble fixing company in qatar.
my questions are...
1.do i need a local sponser?
2.what is whole procedure to open such kind of company?
3.what are the visa rules for invester and labour or say workers?
4.if already i am having such kind of company in dubai..then can i come to qatar on visit visa for any marble fixing work with my labours?

in Qatar you required local Qatari sponsor who sponsor you for this work and than you can bring your own laborer from this Qatari sponsorship.and if you like bring your laborer from Dubai so you can can bring from there in Qatari sponsor.take care
