Finger Prints

Hi, I want to know about this Finger Print process. Actually I applied as an Accountant to work in Qatar, and I was selected, the problem is, part(1/3)of two fingers on my right hand is totally damaged in an Accident. but still I can hold, write and do everything with fingers. So, is this can be a problem for my Finger Print Report or Visa in Qatar??? please somebody answer me on this regard.if somebody answer that will be a great help to me.
