Very ungrateful place I should say. Not unique to you but most of us. You gave all your best for your company and you make a small mistake everything is forgotten! Not only that, they will hire someone new to the job but he gets a bigger pay than you. And to add insult to injury, you train the new guy! Count that as a blessing when they let you go! Perhaps it's a better place waiting for you. Good luck. :)
The rules are a bit unevolved, and the culture here in general is also rough! Don't expect "real" politeness or "real" appreciation!
