My friend is fully confident in driving but failed fourth time in the road test, any suggestion, any possibility to get driving license.

Oh yes. One more vital bit of information that your friend must know about, and is probably where he is going wrong.
7, Never, under any circumstances, should he use the indicators. He should be OK though, because I'm pretty sure that Land Cruiser indicator switches are snapped off before the are allowed to enter Qatar.
The next time he takes the road test, he should apply the following strategies:
1, Drive at 150 km in the fast lane, flashing his lights and tooting his horn
2, Always cut across all three lanes when going around a roundabout
3, Always look out the side window while talking on his mobile
4, Stop in the middle of a roundabout to talk to his friends, the busier the roundabout, the better.
5, It is imperative that the vehicle he is driving, is a Land Cruiser, or he will fail the test again.
6, Do all of the above with a smile on his face.
This is a fail-safe way to gain a license it seems.
If your friend is confident that his/her ready to join the crazy driving habits in Qatar, then he/she should have no problem passing the test. However, try one more time, if he/she failed again, then he/she has to ready his/her money for the refresher course...
being confident and knowing how to actually drive are two different things. we already have many confident drivers in doha who does not know how to drive....
being confident is good. being over confident is not.
It happens,Tell him to try fifth time,Just tell him that think that you are sitting next to him at the time of test and be bindaas...Best of luck to him...

just to be patient while taking test!!!
otherwise if he got liecen by help, may he will do accident, better take some more class!!!
