Go to ICC and get it fixed urgently

IMOH you can not fly out of India without 6 months' passport validity

ICC can clear you better

Technically speaking no one can stop you from coming back to the country if you still have 2 days left on your old passport. But like people have said, it's better to get it done before your trip, you have more than enough time on hand.

I don't think many people understand the meaning of your ID... and I don't think you're female either :-(

you can get the passport renewed in one day as well, and they do it at ICC as well. why do you want to take a chance with your child's passport and you are arriving just 2 days before the pp expiry.

what if you get delayed by 2 days because the flight gets delayed, pilots go on a strike, theres a storm and all flights are grounded, there is a bus strike, rickshaw strike, taxi strike.anything can happen.

My friend...it is not wise to take this chance...avoid hassles...get ur child passport renewed, xfer the R.P to the new passport..and travel stress free...if u have made a booking get the new passport details updated with the airline systems....my suggestion.

It takes only 5 working days to renew the passport at the Indian Embassy...to be on the safer side...why dont you renew it and travel...
