There are many Florist in Qatar. But there is only one problem with delivery.
You have to go the shop and order and pay there and they will only do delivery then. They do not take orders over the phone. But you can try Interflora on the internet who may be able to do it for you. As you asked about local florist then you have to go the shop to order and pay only then they will deliver!
