how can i create an organization chart, and how can i build a human resource department fully self sufficient for 300employees for a construction company?

Mate...you asked the same question 3 days ago...u got so much advice of ppl trying to help u..however, it must be said that as your designation is Chief of HR Dept...plus the fact ur from US...ur constant enquiries and desperation on how to start a HR dept for a construction company reeks of u either not being qualified or some unexplained reason why you would take advice of ppl on here just coz they live in Qatar...there is a very true saying..employ monkeys and they get paid peanuts...do us all a favor..go back to Uni if u dont know what to do... that way your company wont waste paying u the salary you probably get for starting a dept ur obviously not fit to run...u dont need advice you need further education it seems mate
