Amount deducted on incoming call

I have observed that each day my balance in \hala is dropping down at a rate that i dont make calls. Incidentally there is daily an incoming call from overseas that often i attended but as when picked up there is no response from the other side- i stopped responding even then i tend to lose QR 3 each time there is a call. Is any body experiencing the same and then what is the solution.

had the same with my phone. yesterday i had 3 missed calls from an unknown number then in the evening again i tried to answer the call but no answer and my golden voice of "hello" was bouncebacked to my phone... to my eagerness to hear my own voice, i continued until i received a text msg saying my credit's dropped to less than 5QR... whew! next time don't answer such unknown calls...
Stop answering such calls
solution? stop answering the unknown overseas call... that is the reason why the amount is being deducted...
Check your 3G, may be ur cell is always online or some virus trying to connect some web site. Get suggestion with mobile vendor, FYI, Telecome has nothing to do if the fault is from mobile device.
