Business Visa Renewal?

My cousin went to qatar on Nov 28th 2011 using a business visit visa, to give some official explanation to the company which he had applied for, the visa was to expire on Dec 18th 2011, but the company renewed this visa and made him to stay back citing some delay in procedures, the current business visa is active until Jan 18th 2012, can this business visit visa be renewed again? if so how many times can it be renewed
Now if he wants to leave qatar and come back to India (his motherland), is there any specific procedures to follow, or can he just leave?
well as said above when a new business visit visa is being issued, it means that a person can stay for a month, after that he can the option of extension for further 2 moths that makes 3 months in total.
About the exit he has to take an exit permitt from his sponsor or company who arranged a business visit visa for him.
He can come back again after taking exit to any where but coming to Qatar with a return ticket.
I don't know the exact period of exit required for applying another business visit visa.
He can stay here upto a maximum of 90 days with 2 renewals
Stay in excess of 90 days will be charged @ QR 200.00 per day as penalty
He needs an exit permit to go out of Qatar as he has completed 30 days of stay here
Business Visa can be extended twice + 1 month at the time of issuance of Visa. So the maximum stay possible could be for 3 months.
