Geography for beginners :-) Dutch is the official language for Netherlands (Holland). German is the official languange for Germany. So which one are you interested to learn? coz Dutch and German aint the same.. you may end up speaking a language to a person which they cant understand :-)

contact the embassy or the German school they offer German for beginners under the umbrella of Goethe Institute, cant get any better teachers..

Deutsche does not exist, but Deutsch does. Yep, Dutch is different. Compass school offers Dutch classes.
