Hi, Your wife surly needs a NOC and only then it can be transferred on your sponsorship and further it depends whether you fulfill the criteria to provide a sponsorship visa. Hotel people will be happy to provide a NOC b'coz they will save one visa and same can be given to someone else. But they might have insecurity as well coz after she is on your sponsorship she can join anywhere else and Hotel people will have no more control on the employment.
