Qatar.man, I've been on QL for over 4 years now, back in those days "Nationality" was actually, if i remember correctly, "Presently Live" or something of the sort, I never got around to changing it after that. Besides the fact that i was born and brought up in Qatar, its like my second home :P

i play cricket, chit chatting with friends, movies, smoking, move out to corniche or somewhere else, for Karak, etc

8 to 9hours office work, 6hours sleeping, remaining hours in my bed with my laptop, sometimes hang out..:)

Watching tv & surfing the net, pretty much that's it everyday after work & off day... but back in the P.I. when I was in college everyday after class I'll be attending gigs getting wasted & stuff especial if there's no class the next day it will be like just enjoy your life dude... Well, you'll get boring as you mature & grow old though it's just too early here... Skipping the rebellious phase, I guess...

its just that i have lived for quite some time outside doha. and i can feel the difference.

I normally go to shisha with friends, cinema, sometimes driving my lambo, sealina, gym, hotel swimming pool, friends.

1. cooking sometimes when i am free

2. long drives

3. going to some good restaurant to eat

4. spend time with family

5. watch some good movie in cinema

Well, here is a limited list of things I do so as to keep myself occupied most of the time:

1. Workouts 5 days a week (cardio mainly)

2. Movies

3. Meeting up with friends either for sheesha or drinks

4. Reading / writing

5. A visit to Hot shots once or twice a week

6. Watching reality shows on television

7. Playing pc and ps2 games.

Basically working.... I spend more time at work than at home or outside work on weekdays... but of course you can segue other things while at work ;P

Weekend- either go to the mall, watch movie or just stay at home and have a movie or series marathon (which i like btw)

after work activities?

i go to the gym 3x a week or jogging around, i enjoyed much on photography. i even go out alone just for a photowalk... watching reality shows and internet games, i also do drafting and designing houses with autocad..

buy a camera (dslr with expensive lens with great focal length) [you guys have much more money] and travel here and there,katara,pearl qatar,corniche,city centre,vilaggio,etc.... there are so many places that you know.try to see those with your 3rd eye [camera] and shoot. u will love it.!!! thats what I do.. if you want help, pm me :)

For me work-chores-trying to study for my final exams-work-laptop-sleep, once a week shopping!!!!

& totally agree with han19 nothing can be better than having your family & true friends next to u!!!!!

Qatar has a long way to go when it comes to entertaining people. Its not enough to focus on just a few people who like say sports only. What else is there to do here, at reasonable rates, might i add for all walks of life? Go sit in the parks? What about the bachelors? There might be a lot families can do but like i said not everyone.

smoke, that is what he feels and it is really true....many complained about the boring life in Qatar. He is still young and needs to have a happy life...it is just normal to feel the same.

You are Qatari and you find your country boring? Nothing to do..gosh! Then what more can we say? We do the the same thing you do in your country obviously! Spend time with family and friends.

1) work-household chores-eat-work....this is what i do most of the time.

2) sometimes in Dubai for some official company works

3) 3x a week workout at the gym or jogging

4) going @ pub with hubby & friends 2x a month...and most of the time, will end up as their driver if I wont drink at all.

Hello Qatar.Man. Having a nightlife back in the home country doesnt necessarily mean its a better activity.

Having family and friends around is more important than anything else.This is my opinion.

Work and Home takes my time, so alhamdullilah very happy with that.
