Can you please tell me, my friend recently picked up a sample from TNT he had to pay an extra 250 Qr to clear it?
Can you please tell me does this also apply for online shopping or gifts that we receive from the other countries? If you have any ideas pls inform me and Im sure all QL would also like to know as well.If this is so, is there any way you can dodge it?

depends on the cost of the item as well. if its above 2000 rials or something there is a charge.
