Slaam everybody

I need a help. Actually I am from PAKISTAN and I was born in DOHA, QATAR in 1973 but unfortunately my parents never made registration of my birth and now I need my birth certificate. I know this is impossible to obtain a birth certificate if birth is never registered but it is enough for me if I get another document with these details from birth certificates issuing authority that

This is to certify that a search has been made on the request of , son of in the Municipal registration record for the year(s) 1973-2011 relating for DOHA, QATAR and found that the birth record of , son of is not registered/available.

Date:

Please help me if anybody have knowledge about this kind of issue

I will be very thankful.

Best Regard.

akhttar, on ql everyone is very caring, which is why we keep answering the same questions posted thousands of times patiently :-D

coming to your problem, i will direct you to my first post.

since you are in UAE, you will have to try to come here and visit the NHC, as they will be the only ones to have the records of all the births in this country. it can take a long time for them to dig for this information, but it will surely be there.if you know someone here, ask them to initiate the contact with them.

second you need to take the help of your embassy for this, since I feel the embassy are the best authority to issue you such a affidavit. if you have your first passport, then even better.

all the best.

the only way for you to have your passport is to have a BC. If you don't have one from the beginning, then it is presumed that your passport is a fake! Or you an NON_existent person!~ Lol!

First of all I like to say thanks to all of you who reply me and wanted to help me.

Really I always realize that there many people who care others.

When I left QATAR and took admission in PAKISTAN I had use my passport for school admissiion which was issued from QATAR (Pakistan Embassy). After that where ever I need to use my birth certificate as a proof of my date and place of birth I use my old passport. Actually now a days I am living in ABU DHABI (U.A.E) and I have plan to apply immigrant visa for US but when I got detail for all required documents for that there is mentioned at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html#certificates

that what documents are required in case of unobtainable birth certificate. There are two documents are required in absence of birth certificate one is that which I already mentioned in my previous post and another one is affidavit from my parents about my place and date of birth. I can arrange affidavit but another document I don’t know where to get and how to get.

Regards
