About arabic classes in fanar..

Dear Q'lers,
I've gone through the earlier posts also just to make sure are arabic classes for non-arabs still going on?? I want to register there for a short course..If anyone knows about it,it would be really helpful. Thanks..
Inquire in Qatar University as they offer Arabic Courses as well. Check which method suits you best.
I attended a course on basic Arabic but due to lack of practice, I was not able to talk fluently.
It will be a great help if you have Arabic speaker in the house.
fanar fees is 300QR for 3 months classes.you can join in any time in morning for register.its very helpful if you love arabic language.take care

I had attended the class three years back and left it after attending the first class.The reason for my leaving was that instructor was teaching arabic in arabic.I asked him that i being a non-arab how can I understand what you are teaching to which the instructor replied that by this way you will learn arabic fast.Funny isn't it??I dont know whether the teaching methodology has changed now and follow QL guys can help you in this regard
