We are moving back to our home country permanently.In such case, i know i have to apply Exit permit, so my RP will be cancelled. What should i do in the case of my Spouse and kid? Should their RP be cancelled in Immigration office?If Yes, what is the procedure. I cannot allow their visa to be as it is and will expire in 6 months time,Because they will be travelling along with me when i move out of Doha.

It is impossible to cancel your RP without cancelling the RP of your dependants. Go to the Immigration Department to cancel the RP of you spouse and kids and then proceed with the cancellation of your RP.
