IF YOU ARE UNDER ANY COMPANY SPONSORSHIP FIRST YOU NEED TO DO THE MEDICAL, THE MEDICAL DEPARTMENT IS GIVING THE APPOINTMENT AFTER 20 DAYS, WHEN MEDICAL TEST ARE DONE THE RESULT WILL BE AVAILABLE WITH 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS, IF YOU ARE FIT THEN NEXT IS FINGER PRINT IT WILL TAKE AROUND MORE 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS FOR THE FINGER PRINT RESULT, IF FINGER PRINT IS OK THEN THE LAST THING IS AQAMA (RESIDENT PERMIT), AQAMA WILL BE DONE ONE THE SAME DAY AND YOU WILL HAVE I.D. IN YOUR HAND.
NOTE: FOR THE COMPLETE PROCEDURE YOU THE COMPANY MANDOOP COMPULSORY.
you can get it within 2 weeks flat if you get your medical examination done in Private Hospitals instead of waiting for getting dates in Govt.
The price is much higher in Private around QAR 750 while govt. would cost only QAR 100
One of the private hospitals is Al Ahli, i got mine done there.
you can get it done in just 1 or maximum 2 days there.
