family visa renewal for my wife

Good morning to all,

I just want to know if there is a new rule how to renew the visa of my wife she's under on my sponsor.. I went yesterday in immigration but they told me to go in labor department.. unlike last year just I pay 400Qr for 1 year visa for my wife.. please let me know what I'm going to do if I'm going to labor department..
