Shukran Rewards - is it still valid ???
I enjoy shopping at Center Point, their customer services were really good. However since they had migrated to their new rewards program known as "Shukran", it seems that the customer service has come from good to bad or even worse (when it comes to redeeming points).
As per the previous rewards program, they used to send in a statement whenever I had sufficient points enough for a redemption. Now I don't even get a statement even though I have sufficient points. I had approached the customer service center at Barwa Village, they told me to contact a staff named Mr. Stanley with contact nos 44289181 and 44289299 who could me emai me the redemption voucher. There is no response in the numbers given and it always forwards to an answering machine.
Their new website http://www.shukranrewards.com/ is under maintenance for a very long time and I am not able to redeem points through any one of them. Does anyone else had a similar experience who could share and any solutions how to redeem points?
Thanks in advance!
You people are crazy...i mean it's a FREE Programme...Shukran Rewards Programme is 100% free , they never forced you to fill an application, they never forced you to buy goods, and the told you that you will get Vouchers every Three months for the members who have accumulated more than 500 pts , if you have received any vouchers good for you :) , if you didn't just stop complaining and call their Contact number to update your details because most of the time you lazy people change your po box address, and forgot to change your details on their records, so instead of complaining just ACT !!!
and if you tell me that it's a SCAM or a FRAUD , well they did not get any single penny from you , actually they have sent you the Permanent card by post with their own money , they have issued vouchers and sent you the same... !! so please please please stop complaining , and the website is running !!! so STFU !
i think you guys are addicted to free vouchers !
a visit to them in their office in CentrePoint Mall and then clarify all your queries.
I understand nowadays we should be able to "find answers" on the net. However it seems like sometimes the good old fashioned way of a "face-to-face" is really worthy to be performed in order to get information.
Regards!!
