Sponsoring a maid: NOC advice?

We would like to sponsor an ex-Doha maid who is now in the Philippines. Her sponsor has left Doha for good.

The maid has emailed me a copy of her NOC, written in English. No Arabic translation was done.

So my question is, can we approach the immigration folks with:

a) a photocopy of the English NOC and
b)translation of Arabic NOC without the sponsor's name.

She is a great maid and we don't want to lose her in red tape. I would appreciate any advice on this.

An arabic version of NOC is required in original..

I did not understand choice b of your query.you only have English NOC, and not Arabic.is that right. Since the sponsor was an expat, if he has left the country,it should be in the system that he is no longer here. So i am not sure if the NOC requirement reAlly applies here. Your mandoop will be the best person to guide you on this. start the formalities and see how it goes ahead.have you got the visa approval for philipine nationality?
