Thunder Storm in Fuwairit

A 15-minute thunder storm hit the town of Fuwairit and its coastline around 1:15 A.M today, leaving the road trails swampy which prompted hundreds of Eid campers to evacuate the area.
Unluckily, I'm one of the campers by the coastline lol xD The storm blew our camp away. Thank God we are all safe and I hope that no one got hit by the debris caused by the heavy gust of wind. Haven't managed to take a photo of the actual scene because it was just a matter of seconds when we woke up and everyone was rushing to their vehicles to leave the area right away.
Unluckily we're one of the campers who evacuated Fuayrit last night, we were on the road running from 20 to 40kph when a hideous thunderbolt hit causes the streets lights to switch off. So were all panicking due to heavy rain, dark street, roaring thunder and lastly the wind that almost blew one of my friends car. It took us 2 hours to reach Doha.
Other than that the night at Fuayrit is amazing... saw a lot of people having an excellent time before the rain poured!!!
Thanks God no one was hurt!
