UAE Visa for Uncancelled Qatar Visa ?

Hi QLs

I was in Qatar till June 2010 and was terminated without cancelling my Visa in the hope of finding a job within 6months, but tough luck i didnt find any so, i suppose my visa will naturally cancel by Dec 2010.

Due to loss of Job i coudnt pay my credit card (12k QAR) and which I closed in a single settlement of (16K Qar), 1 month back.

Now I got an offer from good company in UAE. Does my situation create any difficulty getting Visa from UAE.

Is there is any GCC ban for not cancelling the Qatar Visa?
or any ban in UAE for not clearing credit card before leaving Qatar?

Please clear my dilemma. Thanks in Advance

Hi Guys !

Thanks for the replies... I have send my copy of my passport pages along with Qatar visa page to the PRO of my next probable company of UAE. He told that there is no problem in getting a UAE Visa. I hope ill land in Dubai safely.

You need to approach the embassy and get your visa cancelled !!! You cant get a visa otherwise

You can enter UAE as long as you have UAE visa. Forget about your uncancelled Qatar visa. Good Luck!

You Qatar visa has nothing to do with UAE visa. You can get the visa and you can go to UAE without canceling the Qatar visa. No ban for credit cards or canceling the visa.

You should get the Qatari visa cancelled before you go to UAE.

no. just ask them to take the visa for you. ask your current sponsor here to cancel your visa and you fly off to UAE with the UAE visa
