Time taken to get visa for new born baby

I am planning to bring my new born baby (4 mnths old )to Qatar along with my wife and elder kid who is already having a valid RP.
I have following docs with me
1. Passport copies of the new born baby and his birth certificate ( attested fm embassy)
2.RP and passport copies of my wife and me.
3. Our marriage certificate
Any thing else required to obtain visa for him ? Also If i submit these docs and apply for the visa will I get it with in 5 working days ? Because I have already booked the flight ticket for them on November 3rd . If it going to take time shall I proceed with Visit visa and later changing this to permanent once he is here in Qatar? Your advice on this matter will be highly appreciated.
thanks
