Will property prices in the Pearl fall if 12 new towers open in Porto Arabia next year?

There are currently about 13 towers which are open at the Pearl, and 12 which look complete but not yet open.

You never know, there are demands now for renting properties in pearl this month compared to 2 months a go, real estate agency actually told me so. A lot of people come to this country sometime in september and they are all looking for a place to stay. Looking at the current project in qatar like world cup, the train and subway system or even probably housing and road contruction, there will be more expat relocating and they sure are all looking for a nice place to stay
